How Evo Lines works
Each round draws a real evolution family from your generation range and shows its chain with one member hidden, whether the unevolved root, the middle stage, or the final form. Four candidates sit below and exactly one belongs in the gap; the other three come from unrelated families, matched to the hidden member's generation and stage where possible. Branching families play as separate straight lines, so Eevee appears as Eevee to Vaporeon one round and Eevee to Umbreon another. If your filter cuts a family in half, the out-of-range relatives still appear as context while the answer stays inside your range. Endless ends on the first miss, quiz deals ten rounds, timed gives sixty seconds, and pass and play shares one device.
Strategy
Read the visible members for the family theme before scanning the options. A line keeps its type story and its design language from stage to stage, so the missing middle of a Fire line will carry the same palette and motifs as its neighbours. Stage is your other anchor: a gap between a small root and a large final form wants the clearly in-between design, not another fully evolved look. When the hidden member is the root, work backwards from the evolution and ask which candidate looks like its younger self.
What it teaches
Evo Lines drills evolution families as structures, which species belong together, what order they evolve in, and how a design grows across its stages, including the cross-generation additions and branch evolutions that blur the neat lines most players remember.
