Fusion Quiz
See a fused Pokémon, guess which two were combined.
Study a single sprite stitched together from two different Pokémon and work out which pair was fused to make it.
How Fusion Quiz works
Each prompt shows one fused sprite built from a head and a body drawn from the Gen 1 and Gen 2 roster, national ids one through two hundred fifty one. Four labeled pairs sit beneath it and exactly one names the true combination. The three decoys are deliberately close: each shares one half with the real answer, keeping the correct head or the correct body while swapping its partner, so half a match never wins the round. You choose your format first, whether an endless streak, a fixed quiz run, or a timed sprint.
Strategy
Split the sprite before you read the options. The head end, with its eyes, ears, and crest, usually keeps its donor most recognizable, while the body supplies color, limbs, and tail. Name each half on its own from the picture, then find the single option that agrees with both. Because every wrong choice keeps one half correct, refusing to settle until a pair matches head and body together is what defeats the decoys that would otherwise feel half right.
What it teaches
Fusion isolates the individual visual signatures of the earliest Pokémon, teaching you to recognize a species from one lone feature, an ear shape or a tail, even when the rest of its body has been swapped away.
