Tap five Pokémon into order by a hidden stat: weight, height, or speed.

Five Pokémon, one hidden measure. Tap them into order by weight, height, or speed before you see a single number.

How Pokésort works

Each round deals five Pokémon and names a hidden measure with a direction: lightest to heaviest, shortest to tallest, or slowest to fastest. You tap the sprites in the order you believe is right, and each tap stamps a numbered chip from one to five; tapping a chosen Pokémon again unpicks it and renumbers the rest. The fifth tap locks your line-up in and the reveal grades every position, showing each Pokémon's true value and colouring the spots you placed right or wrong. Only a perfect order scores. Early rounds deal comfortably spread values and later rounds tighten the gaps, and endless, quiz, and timed formats plus pass and play all apply.

Strategy

Anchor the extremes first: the obvious featherweight and the obvious giant are usually free, so place them and spend your attention on the murky middle three. Size on screen lies constantly, since the dex is full of tiny lead weights and towering airbags like Cosmoem and Wailord, so trust remembered dex data over the sprite. For speed rounds, think in roles rather than numbers: sweepers sit high, walls and larvae sit low.

What it teaches

Pokésort builds a working sense of scale for the dex, teaching where each species truly sits on the weight, height, and speed axes and how often a design's visual bulk disagrees with its real numbers.
